This newly remodeled modern 4-bedroom, 2-bath home boasts a bourbon-inspired lounge complete with a fireplace and a large flat-screen TV. The spacious living and dining area features a 75" TV, perfect for catching the game or enjoying some golf. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed, automated blackout shades, and a walk-out patio providing immediate access to some of the best amenities in the valley. Each of the other bedrooms features a queen bed. Upon entering, you'll be welcomed by thoughtfully designed furnishings and cozy accommodations. Each room prioritizes your comfort, equipped with all the amenities you need. Enjoy our fantastic hot tub, pool, a putting course with illuminated balls for nighttime play, an incredible game room, and outdoor games. Pool heated upon request for a fee. We also charge $70 per day to heat the pool. This location is highly desirable due to its close proximity to hiking, TPC Scottsdale (home of Waste Management Open) just a 5-minute drive, Kierland shopping and dining just a 4-minute drive, and quick highway access for trips to Old Town and Phoenix. With Camelback Mountain, Piestewa Peak, and easier trails like Tom's Thumb just minutes away, hikers will appreciate the convenience. After a full day outdoors, whether hiking or golfing at TPC, Grayhawk, or The Westin course nearby, you’ll have easy access to some of the valley's finest restaurants, like Dominick’s Steakhouse and Mastro’s, just around the corner at Scottsdale Quarter. Plus, there are plenty of grocery stores nearby for quick meal prep. For families looking to let their kids expend some energy, Kierland Park is just down the street, and indoor putt-putt at Putt-shack and the aquarium are great choices nearby. Turo is available for car rental. Waymo, Uber, and Lyft are all available as well. For a private driver, limo, or black car service, please call your host and we can schedule a pick-up for you. Guests will have full access to the property and its amenities with self check-in. Be respectful of the neighbors, this is a family-friendly neighborhood. Important House Rules: Please leave pool vacuum in the pool. No additional guests other than the ones staying. There can be exceptions made but contact me to arrange. Violating this will be a $200 charge per person per day. Any excessive cleaning required is $50 per hour. Tampering with security equipment is grounds for immediate cancellation of the booking. No animals. Should you bring an animal after violating the house rules, you will be asked to leave the premises and possibly fined for any damage or extra cleaning. No smoking, vaping, or drug use. This is a zero-tolerance policy. Should you violate this, there will be a $500 fine. No parties, no exceptions. Should you have a party, you will be asked to leave and there will be no refund. Business meetings are allowed up to 6 people max. If there are any noise complaints or the police are called, you could be asked to leave with no refund. Late checkouts can be arranged (when available) but will be an additional $100 fee and they must be requested 24-48 hours in advance. Emergencies happen, just let me know as soon as possible. $150 charge to guest(s) still on property after check-out time to respect proper cleaning time for arrival of next guests. Cleaning crew will enter home at 11 AM to clean. Anyone still in the house two hours after checkout will then pay that day's base rate (without discounts, this does not grant you access to the property for the day). If we have to refund another guest due to you staying in the property, you will reimburse us for any refunds given. Any damage resulting in blocking days off in the calendar will result in you paying the day's rate for however many days it took to restore the property. Shower with soap and water before entering the hot tub. Enter and exit hot tub slowly and where the stairs are located. No jumping or diving in. No glass in or near the hot tub. Use of alcohol, narcotics, or medications is not permitted on the premises and in the hot tub. Elderly or pregnant women should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Children must be accompanied by an adult. Do not enter if the temperature is higher than 104 degrees Fahrenheit. Limit your soak to 15 minutes and cool off before re-entry. Anyone with heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, or any serious illness should consult a doctor before entering the hot tub. Please replace spa cover after each use.
