Our 3 Bedroom #303 is awesome. There's lot of natural light in the main room that overlooks State Street and faces south. Great for plants, great for energy, and the light brightens your day! This apartment has recently gone through a makeover. We renovated the hardwood floor, installed a brand new stove, replaced almost all of the carpet, installed a BRAND NEW HVAC which cools the space, and updated our light fixtures. We include all utilities here. Only thing you'd have to provide is internet. Unfortunately, no parking, and no laundry on site (but our residents in this unit used a portable washer/dryer unit and loved it). We have some referrals for parking and laundry so feel free to ask!
