When you walk into the house there is a distinguishable living room and sleeping quarters. The living room leads into the kitchen, then the dining room, and the laundry room is on the right. This unit is located within walking distance to public transportation, banks, restaurants, bars, stores, the post office. It is just short drive to Joshua Tree National Park, The Marine Base, and Tortoise Rock Casino. This unit has brand new luxury vinyl hardwood floors throughout the house. The apartment is heated and cooled by a mini split in the living room. There is a spot in the laundry room for an additional wall a/c but it is not provided by the owner. The mini split has the capacity to keep the entire house at a comfortable temperature year round. The kitchen comes equipped with a stove/oven and a refrigerator. Twentynine Palms (also known as 29 Palms) is a small Mojave Desert community perched on the north side of Joshua Tree National Park. The city is perhaps best known as the home of Marine Corps Air Ground Combat Center Twentynine Palms, which hosts about 8,000 armed service personnel on the north side of town.
