Being six blocks from the town center, it's walking distance from dining, shopping, and other local attractions. We do not allow pets in the apartment and have a strict no-smoking policy. Off-street parking is not provided, but there's nearly always street parking in front of the house. Parties are not permitted. We require a 1-year lease. Tenants pay electric and trash and recycling bills. We require background & credit checks and a $2,150.00 security deposit.
