Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis with an additional $250 pet cleaning fee, and guests bringing pets will be required to sign a pet contract. Washington Square is the area’s hottest foodie hub, with many restaurants, bakeries, and cafes to choose from. The Green Line C train and 65 bus are nearby. There is a $150 lost key fee and a $100 lock-out fee. A welcome booklet with information about the property will be emailed two weeks prior to arrival, and arrival instructions with a navigational application will be sent three days prior to arrival.
