Walking distance to a multitude of restaurants, bars, and grocery stores; including Pablo’s coffee, Don’s Mixed Drinks, Lucky’s Sandwich Shop, Existential Slices, Uno Mas, Fontana Sushi, Angelo’s, Odyssey, Brother’s BBQ and Lightshade Dispensary all within ONE block. And within a couple blocks you’ll find Trader Joe’s and the Governor’s Park retail area. If you’re like me, fewer monthly bills are better. You’ll only have to pay for electricity and cable/internet because heat, A/C, water, trash, sewage are all taken care of. I (the owner) have lived here the last 3 years and have loved the space and the neighborhood.
