This charming three-bedroom, 2.5 bath beach cottage features a spacious, fully gated back patio for lounging and we welcome pets here. Nestled in a safe, quaint South End neighborhood walking distance to all that makes our city wonderful, you will not want to leave this home. This rental comes fully furnished with new, custom-made bedding, private parking on a spacious driveway and a garage, free WiFi and cable. On the first floor, upon entering the front door, you will walk into the living room which features a large flat screen TV with free cable, surround sound and streaming capabilities. The first floor also features a spacious kitchen and dining area along with two guest bedrooms, one queen and one bedroom with a full and twin size bunk bed. The back door by the kitchen features a doggie door for your four-legged family member to come and go from the fenced-in backyard as they please. The welcoming patio out back has a table for outdoor dining with seating for six. A gas grill with propane is also included for your grilling pleasure. Upstairs, you\'ll find the primary suite which features a king bed with custom bedding and a beautiful, large bathroom. There is also a reading nook tucked back in the corner of the bedroom for those who need a quiet space to work, read or just to relax. We provide two towel sets per bedroom. Starter pack of toilet paper, trash bags and paper towels provided, as well. Guests are responsible for replenishing their supplies as needed. This cottage is located in the ViBe Creative District by the historic Old Beach neighborhood and walking distance to the best restaurants, night life and live entertainment. The Sports Center, Virginia Beach Convention Center and Virginia Museum of Contemporary Arts Center are in very close proximity as well. Walking and biking distance to the best local farmers market Virginia Beach offers! Golf courses, putt putt golf, water sports, water parks, the Aquarium, concert venues and other entertainment activities are nearby. Some Important Points: If you have booked a stay longer than 2 weeks, you will be responsible for providing your own bed sheets and bath towels as our linen rental company cannot cover this duration of time. For all short term rentals, we will provide your bed sheets and bath towels. Please pay the pet fee if you are traveling with your four-legged family members. The fee is $100. Beach equipment and bikes are not included but we do offer concierge rentals. These rentals will be delivered to the house and picked up upon departure.
