Both bathrooms have jacuzzi tubs. The views from both bedrooms have spectacular views of the intracoastal and can be enjoyed from your bedroom or out on your deck. Both patios have places to enjoy the water from a hammock or a porch swing to catch the marine life and boats going by. Head upstairs to the rooftop and enjoy 360 degree views of the Gulf and Intracoastal. Watch the sunrise from the east and the sun set to the west all from your rooftop deck without having to leave your home!! The AC unit is 5 years old and the water heater is 4 years old.
