About This Property

Luxury 4 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house in north Portland. Available September 1, 2023. Quiet neighborhood with no through-traffic yet close to everything you need. Garage plus wide (2-car) driveway. Beautiful backyard with raised-garden beds, a custom-built kid's playhouse, and views of Mt. Saint Helens. Short walk to Farragut park (3-houses down at the end of our street). New Seasons (Arbor Lodge) is just 5 minutes away, and Fred Meyer is even closer. 6 minutes to the historic, lively Mississippi street, and about the same to Dekum and Alberta. 10-minutes to downtown and 15-minutes to PDX (and it's via Lombard which avoids freeway traffic). The house was built in 2012 by a premier builder (Renaissance Homes) and is incredibly energy efficient. The central air (heat and cooling) system circulates air (pulling cooler air from the half-basement and circulating it to the upper floor. The system is set up with Nest and has dual temperature sensors (one on the main floor and a second on the upper floor). The main floor and half-basement are hardwood floors and the upper story is carpeted. The garage and half-basement are at street level. Stairs lead you to the front porch and you enter into the main level, which includes a good sized entry-way, living room with a gas fireplace, full kitchen with an island, dining room with views that look out over the backyard and north to Mt. Saint Helens, and a half bathroom. Up the carpeted stairs are the huge master bedroom and on suite (walk-in closet, deep soaking tub, separate shower, and double sinks), two additional bedrooms, and the laundry room with a washer and dryer. From the main floor down the stairs is the fourth bedroom (or a perfect office space, gym, or rec room). Rent is $3,495 per month and includes Trash. A small dog is welcome with a $200 non-refundable deposit and $25 per month pet rent. The security deposit is one-month rent and there's a $55 application fee.
