FULLY updated and private furnished walk-out basement apartment. You will have your PRIVATE own entrance and outdoor space. It's bright and has beautiful views of Pikes Peak. There are NO shared spaces. You have your own kitchen, bathroom, and laundry room in addition to the living area and bedrooms. The kitchen includes granite countertops, a full fridge, two burner induction top, microwave, crock pot, toaster, and dishwasher. (No oven) I'm happy to provide and Instant Pot providing you know how to use one or be willing to read the directions. :-) Each bedroom has a king size bed with quality mattresses (Tuft and Needle and Puffy brands). Fresh paint and NEW floors. NEW windows. All linens and cookware are provided. We are very quiet and respectful family. Double sink in the bathroom with a large shower. We do have two young boys so if you have to sleep during the day or are sound sensitive this may not be the space for you as they like to run and play. New insulation was installed in the ceiling to help cut down on the noise but you will hear us. We do have a very friendly dog but your patio will be fenced off so he won't bother you. The apartment is located within walking distance to beautiful Pulpit Rock park and open space for great hiking and close to the I-25 and Academy and Woodmen, making it easy to get nearly anywhere in the city. $1950 a month includes all utilities. $2000 security deposit.
