This room shares a bathroom with one other tenant. Downstairs is the living room, dining area, fireplace, and full kitchen, along with a back patio. This is a corner house next to a big grass area for pets. The complex is pretty quiet and the neighbors are good people. Up the street is Belmar, aka downtown Lakewood. There's tons of shops, places to eat and drink, and many events throughout the year. Also nearby is O'Kane Park and Heritage Belmar Park, both really beautiful parks with recreation and sports areas!
