An induction countertop unit, microwave, fridge, air fryer and butcher block table are included. The kitchen/Living room has a table and chairs, and separate seating area. The bedroom includes a queen bed, a large closet with built-in shelves and drawers, a separate chest of drawers, a computer desk and TV. No bedding included. Utilities and internet are included (except cable). Rent includes housekeeping once monthly. There is plenty of dry, shaded storage in the covered entry patio for surfboards/bikes, etc. A small amount of additional storage may be available in our storage area - to be discussed.
