It has a beautiful, large, fenced, landscaped yard with sprinklers for lawns and perennial flower beds, space for your own vegetable garden, and a shed for garden tools. The house has 5 bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms. There are 3 full bedrooms upstairs, (a master with attached bathroom, plus 2 additional). There are 2 more full bedrooms downstairs, both with recently installed sunny egress windows, not shown in the current photos. The home features a roomy kitchen with a pantry, dishwasher, microwave and large fridge with icemaker. There are hardwood floors throughout the upper floor. The upstairs has a living room and attached dining area. The lower floor features very large, family/bonus room with newly installed premium vinyl flooring which replaced the carpet, (not shown in photos). The basement also has a very generous storage space with a washer/ dryer. Air conditioning consists of a forced air furnace, a whole house fan for spring warm weather, and an evaporative cooler for hot summer days. This is a no pets, no smoking home. We will consider applications with a credit score of approximately 660 or better, proof of current employment or income of 2 times the rent, and good references from previous rentals. We will not accept co-signers on the lease. Rent payments must be paid on the first of the month, by automatic payment. Tenants will pay for all utilities, plus liability & renter's insurance. You have the option to do your own lawn mowing, edging and weeding, or pay the monthly fees to maintain the yard. Maximum 5 occupants accepted. Maximum 5 registered cars parked on property. Available for move in, June 6th. First lease term will be 11 months, with 1-year renewals thereafter.
