No parking is allowed on premises except in permitted areas. The guest must notify Management immediately upon discovering water leaks. The guest must maintain clean and sanitary conditions. Long-term guests will supply and install all light bulbs but will leave all installed light bulbs when vacating. Drinks should not be put on the surface of furniture. If any furniture is moved, it must be returned to its original location. No additional people will stay in the unit than the number reserved without notification and approval. The guest must complete a Property Condition form within 48 hours of arrival. The guest must pay all fees and expenses for any repairs or services due to the guest’s fault or actions. Guests are not to replace items themselves. No pets are allowed without written permission. The minimum age to rent is 30. Smoking is prohibited anywhere inside the unit or on the property.
