This beautiful top floor 3 bedroom/3 bath condo is conveniently located less than a mile away from the heart of downtown Burbank. The kitchen, dining area, and living space are open to each other and there is a small balcony accessible from the living room. One bedroom and bath sit on the opposite side of the unit which creates a nice space for a visitor or someone that needs a bit of privacy. There is an in unit washer/dryer, 2 car side by side parking spaces, and 2 storage closets in the basement. The building does have an elevator and there is also a community exercise room.
