There is also a computer niche; built-in dresser and bookcase; full-size closet; ceiling fan; bathroom with shower stall & linen closet; and tons of cabinet storage. There is a full-size washer and dryer just outside the unit that is shared with one other tenant. All utilities EXCEPT cable/internet are included in the rental price, making this rental great value. We do not allow smoking or pets. This unit is a single-occupancy only. There is one designated, off-street parking place, but there is no designated or street parking for guests. The move-in cost, in addition to application fees, is $3,325 ($1,575 for 1st month rent & $1,750). The unit is available 8/5/2022, but may be available sooner if tenant requires.
