About This Property

This is a furnished sublet that is currently available for 3 months (October 1st to December 31st). This is a great place in the heart of Silverlake. You can walk to everything Silverlake has to offer, including bars, the farmer's market, restaurants, great bagels (Maury's and Courage), natural wine stores and much more. There is also a Target 2 blocks away which is actually incredibly convenient. Also just a few blocks from Cafecito Organico coffee shop. The place has 2 bedrooms and a nice living area with a big screen 4k TV, a recently updated full kitchen with a dish washer, a hot water on demand tap, and garbage disposal. Also has a record player if that is of interest. We have a really nice, private front patio area with a shade sail to block the sun, making it a great place to work or socialize. We also have a ping pong table in the back in our second outdoor hangout space. The place has a lot of great fruit trees including avocado, orange, apple and a toddler of a baby lemon tree from which you can eat whatever fruits you want. There are two raised garden beds that you are welcome to use to plant whatever you desire. The price includes all utilities, including our AT&T fiber internet. Let me know if you have any questions
