This beautiful home is a fully furnished duplex. The entrance is the only shared portion of the building. The lower level is available for leases as short as 1 month or as long as 1 year. It includes a fully equipped kitchen, private washer dryer, 2 furnished bedrooms, big living room and full bath. Super fast internet and a dedicated workspace makes this an ideal space for businesspeople or traveling healthcare pros. Upstairs is a separate unit with two quiet adults and their friendly dogs. Locking French doors separate and secure your space. Dogs and cats are welcome! Dog owners may share the backyard if all the dogs get along. Safe neighborhood on NE side, near shopping, bars, parks and restaurants. Downstairs is a 1250 square foot, 2-bedroom unit with a full bath. Bright sunny windows and high ceilings make the large living room light and airy. A beautiful brand new kitchen was just added with all new washer/dryer, dishwasher, cooktop, microwave, oven, gorgeous counters and cabinets. Nice butcher block island adds extra counter and cabinet space, plus two high-top seats. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots & pans, everything a traveler needs. Towels and bed linens are also provided, along with starter packs of toiletries, laundry and dish soap. Relax in the outdoor hot tub and enjoy the beautiful gardens in comfortable outdoor seating. Yard maintenance is done free for you. Up to two spayed/neutered dogs are negotiable, if they get along with the well socialized shepherds that live upstairs. Due to nicotine allergy, we can accept only nonsmoking residents. Lease length is negotiable. 1-3 month leases are $1700/month, utilities included. Longer leases are only $1500, with utilities shared among residents.
