Newly renovated Guest House with full bathroom, laminate flooring, ceiling fan and recessed lighting. Unit includes plenty of cabinets, stainless steel sink with garbage disposal and a Stainless Steel Fridge. No Stove, oven or range, but tenant can use their own hot plate, microwave, air fryer or other such items to cook. Bathroom has a full tub and shower. Tenant will have one parking space in the front driveway. No private yard of outdoor space with this unit but this is great location on a very quiet cul-du-sac street, but with easy access to 210 Freeway off of Grand Ave. Sorry No Smoking and No pets allowed.
