There is a support column in the living room, which makes it difficult to have a traditional living room furniture set, fyi. The bldg has bike storage, and kayak storage first come 1st serve, and the limited kayak storage spaces are rentals with a small monthly fee. Street parking in the neighborhood mostly doesn't require a permit. Small dog, under 40lb, OR 1 cat are permitted. One window AC permitted but portable units are not restricted. Tenant pays electric. Water, sewer, internet included. Heat is a central wall unit and other wall/baseboard (usually not necessary). Move in fees are 1st/last month's rent, and $800 nonrefundable fee. Tenant can move furniture and items directly into the unit, through door to unit only, from Rosemont St.. Doors must never be propped open and unattended.
