Pets allowed with $50 pet fee. Photos are taken from the website for Brownridge Terrace. All apartments have a $90/month facility fee (covers water, sewer, trash removal, wifi, parking) as well as an assigned underground parking space. Additional spaces are able to be purchased for $75/month. Storage spaces are also available, and cost $40-60 depending on the size, and location (garage vs. on-floor). There is no pet deposit, but there is a $50/month pet fee. This will be for a normal 1 year lease.
