      Water Heater fails annually from Nov-March. Needs a permanent fix. Issue ongoing 5 years. Tired of cold showers. Rent is too high to not have hot water.

      Dog urine is a major issue. They're not making it to the new dog park. They urinate down the ramp and by the access door to the garage. It smells so bad. Now both the front door and parking structure access door stink.

      625 Broadway is a fantastic, modern facility, with old-world charm and characteristics. The location of the building is in the heart of downtown, steps from the Historic Gaslamp Quarter, and the on-site amenities are unmatched by any other building within a similar location.       I have lived at 625 since October 2022. Since being here I have made many friends in the elevators, especially lots of pups, used the gym almost everyday and rented out the clubhouse for a company holiday party. About 1 year into my lease I was able to switch to a larger apartment and made the move from the 5th to the 12th floor. It was so nice getting to stay in the place I called home, and get more space, a killer view and only have to move upstairs. The location of 625 is great! So close to the trolley and right in the heart of Gaslamp. I love that the building has history to it and that you can see it from the outside of the building all the way to the elevators. I would highly recommend living her to anyone looking to move to San Diego for the first time or wants to get out and make new friends!

      I would love to see the water purifier on the second floor repaired. It's been almost a year now. I used to use it daily, many residents did. Can't give you a five star review until the team gets around to this project. It's like the bike room lock, that's been broken for 2-3 years. The secured bike room isn't even an amenity anymore. When amenities break they need to be fixed.

      Tesia and team have been incredible! I was going through a major life transition and they made the experience seamless and stress-free! I love living at 625 Broadway of the historical features of the building and gorgeous modern upgrades in the units and common areas. Horton plaza is so close if you have a dog and need a safe green area for your dog! I did! The building is so convenient to everything including the market, CVS, trolley stations, the bay, and nightlife! Really happy! It’s a 10 out of 10 for me!

      625 broadway has been an excellent experience. I have a studio, which usually isn’t the most exciting living situation, but mine is amazing. Everything is new, and high quality. The appliances are all made to use minimal resources, ultimately saving you money. The amenities are all top-tier and it truly feels like a luxury experience. I can only imagine what some of the bigger units look like.

      Most apartment complexes only talk to you when it is time to renew your lease or if rent is overdue. 625 Broadway truly puts forth an effort to enhance its residents’s lives — they routinely host holiday parties and make deals with local venues to offer discounted prices, etc. I did not expect to find such a focused level of service in a 200 unit building.

      Good downtown location in a historic building within walking distance to Petco Park, Balboa Park, restaurants, nightlife and bars in central San Diego. Flats / units are on the smaller side but are new and clean with industrial, historic and modern details. Overall, nice amenities (fitness center and common area) but no pool.

      The residential complex is very beautiful, comfortable, classic and modern at the same time.. The residents' lounge is very beautiful.. There is some inconvenience coming from the outside due to the complex's location in the center of Down Town, but that's okay.

      In my 37 previous addresses, I have never felt more satisfied in my living arrangements and am so happy to call 625 Broadway my home. I feel connected to the energy of the city but inside my well-equipped unit is a quiet sanctuary. The amenities are stellar, the building has character that's one-of-a-kind, and the impressive ceilings and design of my unit still makes me think "Wow, I get to live here," every time I walk through the door. The staff is amazing - attentive, responsive, and genuinely friendly. I feel incredibly lucky to have found this gem in the heart of our city.

      Very content here at 625 Broadeay . The maintenance / custodial staff are diligent and do a great job of keeping things running smoothly . The office staff Kim / Vae / Fabian are also readily available and we have good communication as to any residential needs . Additionally , security staff is doing an awesome job , especially Eric he is doing an excellent job as well . We are overall comfortably happy at 625 Broadway Lofts and look forward to getting to know our new property manager Carrie .

      Don't live here

      I've been living here for about 1 year now and the only good thing about this apartment is the interior of the apartment - the lofts themselves are nicely renovated. HOWEVER, beware that this building sits on top of PARQ nightclub - I am on the 12th floor and can still hear the music and FEEL the bass travel to my apartment. The worst part about this situation is that the building management was FULLY AWARE that this was an issue and did not disclose this information to us prior to signing the lease. When we made a complaint about it, the building management strung us along for months saying that they would end their contract with the nightclub and that the issue would go away. The club is still there. Don't trust anything these people say - full of false promises.

      We moved here a couple months ago and we are absolutely loving the apartment. Especially in the mornings when we have instant hot water for a shower lol. The cleanliness of the lobby and overall building is amazing, the workers really make this place shine. Every tenant that we have run into in the elevators or just walking around are extremely polite and fun to talk to. The staff of 625 are amazing to talk to, super polite and very professional. I highly recommend to anyone reading this that if you are looking for an apartment to rent make sure you get on here!

      The place is very nice. Views for days. I really enjoy living here. The management is amazing and the overall aesthetic for the building is excellent. Love being close to all the restaurants and places to eat.

      With gorgeous attention to period features century old brick, large wood windows drenching the units with light of city and water views, and expansive ceilings combined with modern industrial aesthetic 625 Broadway marries historic character with modern simplicity. There are also restoring amenities including a Zen Garden and a 24-hour gym.

      Fabian at 625 Broadway made the whole leasing experience a breeze. When moving in, Justin made sure we had everything we needed and answered every question along the way. The apartments are beautiful, the location is great, and the staff truly cares about its residents. Would recommend to anyone wanting to move to downtown San Diego.

      Amenities only available 9am-6pm

      The gym and other amenities are only open from 9am-6pm. So if you have a regular 9-5 job like I do, then you cant even use it any of them

      Thank you for sharing your feedback. Per COVID restrictions we were limited on the hours of operations, but did extend the hours to 10PM and an email went out to the residents on 5/13/2021. With the county lifting restrictions, I'm happy to annouce the GYM is open 24 HOURS / 7 DAYS a week. Thank you for your patience and we hope you get the opportunity to enjoy the gym. -625 Broadway

      Great renovated building, newest appliances, super helpful staff and maintenance team! Beautiful amenities too In the heart of downtown, so amazing food choices within walking distance Only complaint - windows are the original ones from way back in the 90s, so they don't block noise or the occasional draft.
