Continue down the hall pas the loft front door and find the shared washer/dryer and the back door that opens on to a second story deck with Downtown Nashville skyline views and stairs down to the patio and fenced in private back yard. All our lofts have individual HVAC units and utility billing is added to your monthly rent statement.
