Great furnished beach rental! Available June 9th - August 27th. The rental price for 3 months is $18,000. for the season. This home is located across from the beach, short car ride to town and train. Home will be furnished by an upscale stager similar to the photos. This home has a primary ensuite bedroom and 2 other bedrooms on the main level. The open concept living room with vaulted ceilings and the dining room have hardwood floors and sliders to a deck. The lower-level family room has a wood burning fireplace, a laundry room, access to the 2-car garage and has sliders to the patio. The patio is great for entertaining and enjoying the views of the marsh. Fairfield has wonderful July Fourth fireworks, farmer's markets, theater, marinas, galleries and concerts on Sherman Green. There are numerous restaurants and 2 Universities. Fairfield is close to 95 and about 1 hour from NYC. Come enjoy all that Fairfield has to offer! There is a $600 cleaning fee that will be collected when the lease is signed.
