About This Home
Updated kitchen with newer appliances, new carpet on stairs, living room and 1 of the upstairs bedrooms - laminate or tile everywhere else. Fresh paint everywhere including the unfinished basement. Great neighborhood, very walkable, Tilles Park and many restaurants/bars are just a couple blocks away. Large fenced-in yard. Master bedroom has a walk-in closet with vanity room. This is a full home rental, 1900 square feet. Owner does NOT live on the property. Older pics show rooms with furniture for scale. Newer pics show empty house and beige walls everywhere. The half bath upstairs has a tub but no shower. Central AC but the upstairs still gets hot in the summer so there is a window unit as well. No smoking (of anything) is allowed in the house. Pets are allowed. You will need to pay all utilities EXCEPT the quarterly trash and sewer payment to the city, this is covered in the base rent. You will need to mow the lawn - there is a lawn mower in the shed or you can pay the neighbor $60 per mow. This rental rate is based on a one year lease agreement. Shorter leases are available at a premium rental rate. Full backyard access. Central AC and window unit in the upstairs common area.
