I live in a townhouse just minutes from the beach. My apartment has two large bedrooms with spacious closets. It is one and a half bath with livingroom and dineing room combination. The apartment comes with full kitchen and all new appliances. This is,a two story unit. My rent is very affordable for living in a tourist area. Each unit has slideing glass doors that open up to a patio and back yard. The rent includes water ,power , yard upkeep and pest control. This unit is also pet friendly which is very hard to find in the heartof myrtle beach. We are just minutes away from all the excitement and dineing you find in myrtle beach but yet far enough away to avoid the summer noise. I absolutely love it here and have an awsome landlord.
