The apartment is within walking distance of the Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District, and less than a mile from downtown Columbus and Ohio State University campus. It's also a short drive to Nationwide Children's Hospital and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport, with easy access to major highways and COTA lines. Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m., and loud music is not allowed at any time. A $500 charge will be applied for breaking any house rules. Absolutely no plants in the apartment are to be moved. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. Smoking, marijuana, firearms, or illegal substances are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside only. A $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the House Rules Violation fee if any smoking is discovered after check out. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay) with prior notification; a $500 charge will apply for any undisclosed pet, and a $500 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the House Rules Violation fee. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $500 violation charge.
