Pets are not allowed to ensure the home remains allergy-friendly. Guests must be 25 years or older to rent the property. The thermostat should be set between 66-85 degrees for optimal comfort. Quiet hours are from 8 PM to 8 AM. Parking on grass or lawns is strictly prohibited. Use only unmarked or non-reserved parking areas. Smoking violations or evidence of indoor smoke smell will result in a minimum $250 remediation fee. In case of a pet policy violation, a fee of $100 per pet per stay (or per month for stays longer than 28 days) applies. Unattended pets, including service animals, will incur pet fees.
