I chose this unit largely for its great views! It’s on the 12th floor. All the ‘view’ photos attached are taken from my spacious balcony, to which you will have complete access. A hanging egg chair and cushioned lounge chairs have recently been purchased for the patio. Note the construction site in the central photo, currently grown into a large building. There is a saltwater pool (May thru Sep), in-building gym, conference room, meeting lounge, ping-pong, and 24-hour concierge.
