About This Home

12 Month Lease, $9,000 deposit, Available Now

This is by far one of the best places to live in Downtown Plymouth. This condo has it all and is in an amazing location. Big spacious renovated 2 bedroom with 1 bathroom, three season porch, full back party deck, big covered storage under back porch, and a giant back yard with waterfront on a pond. The condo is located right on historic Jenny Pond with gorgeous views of the new stone walk over bridge, the Jenny Grist Mill, and all the lovely swans and ducks that roam the pond. Nice big back yard right on the pond gives plenty of space to walk or run around. This is also very rare for Plymouth Center to have any form of yard especially this size. Can easily walk to all the restaurants, shops, and bars that are in Downtown Plymouth. Condo is located right at the end of Brewster Gardens which is a terrific walk to get to everything on the waterfront. The condo is in a house with only one other condo above which I also own and rent out. Very nice tenants above who are very quiet. Pull into your nice private three car driveway for parking. Parking is also a very hard thing to come by in the center so to have three spaces is a big bonus. Enter through the side door of the house to find your mud room with all new tile flooring. This is a great place to store jackets and shoes. Then enter the condo through the main door which will bring you to a nice hall. The kitchen is to the left and is very big for a condo. Fully renovated with new quartz counter tops, new tile flooring, cabinetry with under lights, big stainless steal sink, dishwasher, fridge, and laundry machines are all right in the kitchen. All the windows in the kitchen look out onto Jenny Pond and have great views! The condo living space is completely open concept and the kitchen is open right to the big spacious living room that can easily fit two couches and a great entertainment system. The living room has a nice big sliding door that will take you out to the three seasons porch. The porch is great for those beautiful nights to relax and just stare at the pond or sky. The three seasons porch has three sliding doors that all open if you want to let in a lot of fresh air. From the three seasons porch you enter the huge outside deck. This is easily fits a 6 person table, grill, and plenty other accessories you might want to add. All again with amazing views of the big back yard and Jenny Pond. If you go back to the hallway directly ahead from the door you enter is the big bathroom that has a nice deep tub and tiled interior. There is a new big marble top vanity and mirror in the bathroom and a privacy wall where the toilet is. The condo features beautiful bead board walls and crown molding. Nice wooden floors in the hallway and bedrooms. As you continue down the hall you come to the two big bedrooms. The master has plenty of natural light and a big walk in closet. The second bedroom has a decent sized closet and three windows that also let in plenty of light. There are all new windows throughout the condo and it is very well insulated. Condo features all new paint and light fixtures throughout. No utilities are included with the rent but the condo features a brand new gas heating system that uses steam heat. The steam heat systems works in a flash and gives a great feel in the winter. Underneath the deck is plenty of extra storage space that works like a great shed area. No smoking allowed in the condo. First, Last, and Security required in order to move in. ($9,000) with the signing of a 1 year lease. Please email me with any questions! Condo will not last long so please reach out!

Neighborhood

Settled in 1620 by pilgrims from the Mayflower, Plymouth is the oldest city in New England and one of the oldest in the nation. It was surveyed by Captain John Smith around 1616. Downtown Plymouth is located along Massachusetts Bay and is home to Pilgrim Memorial Park, the location of Plymouth Rock, the Plymouth Village Historic District, and the Pilgrim Hall Museum (where you'll see artifacts from the pilgrims).

Downtown Plymouth is much more than a national treasure -- it is a thriving hub of art, culture, and business. Residents enjoy events like the Downtown Plymouth Waterfront Festival, which features more than 230 artists, food vendors, a car show, children's activities, live entertainment, and more. Residents enjoy shopping along the harbor at Village Landing Marketplace and enjoying a craft beer at Mayflower Brewing Company as much as they enjoy touring places like the Richard Sparrow House, built around 1636.
