Our South Water Street house is a registered Kent State Campus Rental which permits up to 4 students to lease the property. We now offer independent leases per student for groups of 4. Price listed is the rental price per month for the house. The price listed is not per person. Our Kent State Campus Rental on South Water Street is located near the new downtown Kent and just a couple blocks from campus making those early morning classes a breeze.
