This pristine home features 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy new furnishings, decor, and stainless steel appliances. The home is fully stocked with all the essentials. Beach gear is provided, including sunscreen, beach chairs, towels, an umbrella, beach toys, and a cooler. The heated pool is perfect for relaxation. The fenced-in backyard is pet friendly. The pool heater is off between June 1st and September 30th to avoid algae growth due to excessive heat. Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 10:00 AM unless otherwise agreed prior to arrival. Absolutely no parties are allowed. On Fridays, place both recycling and trash bins at the street the night before pickup. On Tuesdays, place the trash bin only. Do not put trash in the recycling bin; if removal is required, a fee will be charged. Always close umbrellas when not in use to prevent wind damage. Shake off sand and rinse beach equipment before returning it to storage. Turn off lights when leaving the house. The A/C may be set as low as 72°F; lower settings can freeze the system. Keep all windows and sliders closed while the A/C is running. Please leave ceiling fans on at all times when possible. Clean the dryer lint trap after each use. Load and run the dishwasher before checkout. Do not put anything inside the garbage disposal that could cause clogs. Dogs are not allowed in the pool, as pet hair can damage the filter.
