Short-term lease takeover for a gorgeous studio apt. on the 5th floor of a recently renovated building. Starts Mid-January 2019 - Ends May 21, 2019, with the option to renew. The lease takeover process will be handled by the management property. There is a $30 application fee. Rent is $1,385/month. I have lived here for 3 years and it is the perfect place for any WashU student or young professional working in the surrounding areas! I would be happy to answer any and all questions - just email me! ***Due to the short time frame, I will consider a shorter rental period or subsidizing rent if other terms work - all inquiries are welcome as soon as possible*** Amenities: - The apartment is fully furnished (full-size bed, table, bedside table with drawers, chair, futon, office chair, coffee table, ottoman). - Rent price includes all utilities (wifi, cable, electricity, trash, water etc.) and parking directly outside the building. I will leave my wifi router for you to use. - Smart TV which has cable, Hulu, Netflix, and Amazon Video. - Laundry is on the same floor as the unit and in my 3 years living here, I have never had to wait for a washer or dryer. - Trash/recycling chute is on the floor. - Key to get into the building as well as a key to get into the apartment. - Intercom system where guests or mail services can page you to let them in. - Security guard on duty during the evenings on Thursday-Sunday. WashU security patrols the parking lot every day and night. - 5feet x 6feet storage locker in the basement for overflow storage. - Gym in the basement. - 5-minute walk to the Skinker metro stop. - Bike racks outside and an indoor storage area for bikes.
