The neighborhood is safe, friendly, and is perfect for walking. *6 month min lease preferred (other options may be available). $1200 per month plus $500 deposit. Utilities/WiFi $150 per mo. Features of the private lower-level space include: 1 bedroom w/Queen-size bed and large closet. Full private bathroom with walk-in shower. Living room has a couch and TV. Kitchenette includes space for a small table (or desk), microwave, refrigerator (7+ cu ft.), and Keurig. (Tenant will have access to shared kitchen in upper level) Washer/dryer are shared (laundry schedule will apply). Kitchenette furnished with dishes, silverware, drinkware, cooking utensils, etc. (tenant supplies own bed/bath linens). *Note: Furniture pictured may vary upon move-in. **Smoking allowed outside in designated area.
