The pet rules policy includes a pet weight limit of 35 lbs, a prohibition on Pitbulls, a requirement that all pets must be housetrained, and a rule that pets must not be left alone in the apartment. An unregistered pet fee is $100 per pet or variation to achieve up to $200. Smoking will result in a $500 fine.
