Early check-in is available for $25 at 2 PM or $50 at 12 PM, and late check-out is available for $25 at 12 PM, subject to host approval. Amenities outside of the apartment, such as the gym, are managed by the building and are subject to maintenance outside of our control. Maintenance does not warrant a refund, so please inquire about the amenity status before booking. Strategically located in the vibrant Channelside area, this apartment puts you in close proximity to Tampa’s dynamic downtown, a plethora of entertainment options, and iconic stadiums. Whether you're looking to explore the city's rich cultural tapestry or simply enjoy the convenience of having top-tier dining and shopping venues within walking distance, this location serves as the perfect base. Downtown Tampa is just a short drive away, offering a mix of professional and leisure opportunities. Explore an array of bars, restaurants, and entertainment venues right at your doorstep, or catch a game or event at one of the nearby stadiums, a testament to Tampa's vibrant sports scene. Minut noise detectors are located in the apartment and monitor noise levels. Surveillance cameras monitor common areas but not inside the apartment. You are required to have a smartphone for the entire trip as the locks for the building work through a smartphone application. Smoking will result in a $500 fine. Absolutely no parties allowed, with violations resulting in a $1,000 fine and immediate eviction with no refund. Noise curfew is from 10 PM to 7 AM on weekdays and 10 PM to 8 AM on weekends, with penalties for violation including a complimentary warning for the first offense, a $100 fine for the second, and immediate eviction with no refund for the third. This is a residential building; staff is for tenants, not short-term guests. For questions or concerns, contact the host directly. Only approach building staff/security in case of an emergency. Must load and start the dishwasher with all dirty dishes and/or cookware, dump food waste in the garbage—not in the sink disposal, and place all trash in the trash can or dispose of it in the trash chute. No entry for unregistered guests or those not on the reservation. Guests must be 21+ to book a reservation. We are not allowed to accept mail orders to the building since there is only one unique mailbox key per apartment. However, it is recommended to get a PO Box at the local USPS and have orders shipped there. Our goal is to maintain the peaceful residential environment of the building.
