The unit is a comfortable 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with the master bathroom adjoined to the master bedroom. There is a stacked washer/dryer in the laundry closet that work well.
The HOA covers the community landscaping, community maintenance, pest control, water, sewer and trash so those are included in the rent cost. Also, the community has a pool and jacuzzi available as well as additional laundry facility (pay to use), if ever needed.
The tenant will need to maintain power service (APS) in their name. The internet and any TV programming/service would be the tenant's responsibility, if wanted.
I can schedule times to show the unit but will need to clear times with current tenants, evening and weekends preferred. The unit is available for rent beginning 7/1/24.
First month's rent, a small non-refundable administration fee ($150) and a refundable security deposit are required before move-in.

The unit furnishings comes with a 55inch TV mounted in living room, a coffee table under TV to store DVD/gaming/cable/etc. consoles, a 3 seat and love seat matching couch set, wool area rug, coffee table, end table, living room lamp, book shelf, 4-drawer dresser, 2-drawer dresser, double cube organizer shelf (2), additional pantry storage, tall square dining room table with 4 chairs, silverware, dishes, all kitchen appliances, knives and cutting board, serving and cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. There's a covered car port included that's close to the unit and can be seen from both bedrooms. The parking lot has many uncovered parking for guests - there's always available space.
