      It kept clean, and the apartments are pretty quiet. You don’t hear what your neighbors are doing. Maintenance service orders are performed quickly and correctly the first time.

      Walking distance to just about anything, a grocery store right next door, smaller stores in the Village District a few blocks away, amazing amenities, gym and pool/outdoor area. Amazingly helpful staff, gated parking, and pet friendly!

      616 offers urban living at its best. The apartment is attractive and comfortable, and the location is perhaps the best in Raleigh. Within the facility there are numerous amenities and gathering areas (roof-top patio, salt water pool, etc.) when you want to step out of your residence. The community is very pet friendly, and I have met many nice dog moms/dads while walking my own dog here.

      616 is an excellent apartment complex. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and Efficient at what they do. I love that the parking is right at the level of my apartment so carrying heavy items is not a problem. Everything is well maintained and still looks brand new

      616 at the Village is a wonderful place to live. The staff is always helpful and responsive. We've lived here for two years and have never had issues. The maintenance crew is incredible, fast, and very nice. The location is great, right next to Harris Teeter, Cameron Village, and NC State.

      I have had a great experience living at 616. Not only is the staff super helpful, but in 2020...during the global pandemic, I have never felt more safe and at home.       Great location within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Well maintained grounds, very clean apartments upon moving in. Tenants are of professional level. Management makes you feel very welcomed and know you by name. Weather you are single, married, or have a family; this community is certainly the one to look into.

      Apartments are very well kept. The amenities are extremely nice. I moved from a 2900 sq foot house and have not lived in an apartment for 15 yrs and was concerned about the my stuff fitting. Although I did let go of a few large pieces of furniture, I really didn't have to let go of much. So all my stuff fits nicely in my 2 bedroom. Much more roomy than I had expected. Everything fits nice. I love the pool side view. At night I feel like I'm in a small resort with the sound of the pool I hear when I open the window. Love the walk ability to all the nearby stores. Great staff and Maintenance.

      I toured a lot of places and the 616 was the only place where I walked in and knew I could call it home. The front desk was incredibly friendly and took the time to talk to me as an individual; I didn't feel like I was getting a generic tour.

      Unless your dream is to be living back in your freshman dorm surrounded by 20 year olds partying and stealing things off your front doors/balcony, move on in because you'll feel right at home.

After discussing with the onsite team, it appears that some residents reported their front door mats as missing, and the doormats that were taken have since been returned. In addition, the onsite management team has put in place new rules and times that residents can reserve the rooftop terrace.
