LIVE THE MOUNTAIN LIFESTYLE! Tucked into 2.53 private acres in North Turkey Creek, this 3-bedroom, 2-bath mountain home gives you the quiet, wooded setting people come to Evergreen for without putting you way out of the way. You're about 13 minutes from C-470 and Evergreen Lake and only 10 minutes from Red Rocks, making it easy to get into town, head to the mountains, or catch a show. The main level is bright and open with vaulted ceilings, bamboo flooring, and plenty of natural light. The living room has a pellet stove for cozy winter evenings, while the updated kitchen offers stainless steel appliances and generous counter space. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom are also on this level, which makes the layout especially practical. Upstairs is the private primary suite with its own bathroom, walk-in closet, and loft area that works well as an office, reading nook, or just a little extra space to spread out. The finished lower level adds even more usable room for a second living area, workout space, media room, or home office, and connects directly to the oversized two-car garage. Outside is where this home really shines. The large wraparound composite deck looks out over the trees and gives you plenty of room to sit outside, entertain, watch wildlife, or enjoy a quiet morning with coffee. There's also a six-person hot tub, plus a natural water feature built into the property. Southern and western exposure brings in plenty of sun and helps with snow melt during the winter. Recent updates include a new roof installed in 2025, composite decking, and a new water softener. The home also includes a washer and dryer, two pellet stoves, a whole-house fan, and an oversized two-car garage. Marshdale Elementary school bus service stops right at the driveway. Visit the Mountain Haven Property Management website to apply and schedule a showing.

City - Morrison

Morrison may be a small town — just over two square miles — but it’s packed with character and exciting destinations. Situated at the bottom of winding Bear Creek Canyon, Morrison is perhaps most famous for the nearby natural outdoor concert venue, Red Rocks Amphitheatre. If you've already planned to see a show — and even if you haven't — stop in picturesque Morrison. Its Main Street district is filled with locally owned restaurants, quaint shops, and long-standing businesses. The town itself offers up a few single-family home rentals, but most of the real estate in Morrison is concentrated in the east near Willowbrook. Near town, a bike path skirts Bear Creek and leads to an extensive trail system and reservoir. Dinosaur Ridge is a must-see for geology or archaeology buffs; exposed dinosaur prints are perfectly entombed in sandstone all over this self-guided tour.
