One pet allowed with management approval and $350 non-refundable pet fee. No smoking. No Section 8. $750/month with $750 deposit with a 1 year lease. Tenant responsible for all utilities, trash and lawn care. Property cannot be held without a deposit. Deposit will hold a property for up to 2 weeks then rent must start.
