About This Home
This listing is an invitation. You are invited to live in the same multifamily/resident house with me, Tristan Flores, the owner of the property, along with several potential tenants. *Dear reader, BEFORE YOU READ FURTHER, please note*: This is a long listing. Here is the TL;DR (TOO LONG; DIDN’T READ) summary of my listing: The 2 beds+1 bath is just one offer that I have, I have 5 offers available for you. Offer #1: $2550 for the newer half of the house (about 958 sq ft of indoor space, central AC, forced air heating). You get 2 unfurnished bedrooms which each have brand-new hard flooring, 1 living room (furnished with a quite small dining table and 1 recliner), 1 bath (2 sinks +shower, no tub), shared kitchen access, shared laundry access, shared dining room access (which is located in the old section), and up to 2 private, off-street parking spots available. ————— Location. ————— This is a prime location if you wish to be nearby Middlesex Community College. By car, the house is about 4 minutes to Middlesex Community College. By foot, the journey to the college is about 1.1-2 miles, depending on your route. The house itself is a multiple family/resident house with 6 independent entrances and a what I consider a moderate quantity of outdoor lawn space. Beautiful Nutting Lake is just a short walk down the street. The house is close to the border of Burlington, and is about a 15 minute drive to the Burlington Mall, Lifetime Gym, Burlington, and grocery stores such as H-Mart, Market Basket, and Wegmans. ————— Who is the owner? ————— Let me introduce myself. I am a 26 year old violin teacher, mathematician, and amateur bodybuilder who owns a house. I have decided to devote my life to the improvement of humanity. I don't plan to rent this house out just for the sake of money, I don't need much money to survive. I plan to rent this house out for the sake of bettering your life by providing you housing. I am also planning to go to graduate school to acquire a Phd in pure or applied math. One of my goals in life is to become an autodidactic polymath. I live an unconventional life, and I do practice the violin quite a bit at times (I'm talking anywhere between 0-12 hours and no, in case you are wondering, I'm serious). I am willing to compromise about possible noise nuisance issues, and I aim to avoid being a nuisance by possibly modifying my practice schedule or moving my practices to a different location of the property. ————— Smoking and Drugs ————— Here is my goal: I aim to protect the rights of those who smoke and those who don't. I am 420 and tobacco friendly. As for drugs, I will not try to enforce anything unless you create a problem that is obviously and consistently bothering me and/or your neighbors. In other words, if I find that your smoking/behavior is bothering any other tenants in the building, this will be a problem we need to work out. If I find that my smoking/behavior is bothering you, I will do my utmost to remedy the problem but, please keep in mind that both of us have the right to do what we want with our bodies, and I believe that that right is above any MA or federal law.
