UPDATE *** AVAILABLE MAY 1 *** Cute and bright rear Cottage with shared yard and off-street parking for one car. New faux wood floors, vintage claw-foot tub, LED lighting on dimmers throughout. Tons of light from many double-pane windows (seriously, it's almost comical how many windows there are). 6 blocks to the beach, walking distance to markets, restaurants, cafes and whatnot. Very bike-friendly and safe neighborhood. The yard is shared by the 4 units on the property and features plenty of seating, a shade tree, and a communal fire table. There's a little space to garden, a small rear porch, and a coin-op laundry unit on the premises. This is a redone but old building, and thus lacking a lot of built-in storage, so the cottage also comes with a pair of large Rubbermaid-style outdoor storage sheds to help make up for that. Note on the yard space: We all share the yard. Front unit tenants have a well-behaved young child, so it's generally a quiet yard, but not 24/7. Just an FYI. Pets are allowed, but only after a screening for the safety of all the tenants sharing the yard. It's a very chill and happy vibe here and we want to maintain a safe and welcoming space for all the tenants to use.
