Recently updated with recessed lighting in the living room and refinished hardwood floors in the kitchen that includes a fridge, stove, and dishwasher, as well as a dining area and walk-out sliding glass doors to the very large back deck. Two bedrooms and a full bathroom on the main level, and in the basement you'll find another living area, spacious bedroom, large laundry area that includes washer and dryer, and an extra bathroom with a large shower. Very nice partially fenced in back yard and an oversized two car garage with built-in workbench and high ceilings. Pets allowed up to 50lbs with a $250 pet fee and $25/month pet rent. There is a $40 application fee per adult, deposit is $1350, and if approved there is a one-time administrative fee of $125. Tenant takes care of lawn care/snow removal and all utilities.
