This home offers ample space for your group to unwind and refresh after a day of adventures. This inviting home boasts a large kitchen with plenty of counter space for prepping meals. The first floor features a living room, a dining room with seating for 8, and a bedroom with a twin trundle bed. An old-school Nintendo 64 with Mario and 007, as well as a wireless PacMan game, are available for entertainment. Upstairs, you'll find three additional bedrooms, including a master suite with a canopy king bed, an en-suite bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a small balcony with seating for two. A private hot tub with seating for 7 is available for relaxation. Garage parking for 2 cars is available. Max 2 dogs are welcome for a flat fee of $125. Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. No cats are allowed. This property is walking distance to the RTA station, which can take you to downtown Cleveland, and is a short drive from all the Ohio City/Gordon Square bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. This is a non-smoking home, with a $500 fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and additional cleaning fees. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. If it's a charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal. Please remove shoes indoors. The hot tub has a $250 cleanliness fine for not following rules such as showering before use, using beach towels, and keeping the hot tub clean and covered after use.
