Requests for a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and an additional $100. No cats are allowed. This property is walking distance to the RTA station, which can take you to downtown Cleveland, and is a short drive from all the Ohio City/Gordon Square bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. This is a non-smoking home, with a $500 fine for violation. Smoking outside is allowed. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. No parties or unauthorized guests are allowed, and any violation will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund and additional cleaning fees. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill; receipts will be reimbursed. If it's a charcoal grill, guests must bring their own charcoal.
