This airy suite blends comfort, convenience, and tropical charm—just steps from the sand, pool, and all the resort vibes. The studio layout includes two plush queen beds, comfortably sleeping up to four guests. The bathroom features a shower/tub combo with towels and starter toiletries provided. Enjoy the oversized balcony with panoramic water views, perfect for morning coffee, dolphin watching, or sunset cocktails. The compact kitchenette with a granite countertop includes a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware, along with a dining table for four with water views. Entertainment is at your fingertips with a smart TV and high-speed Wi-Fi, and essentials like closet space, an iron, hair dryer, and extra linens are included. We provide beach towels, chairs, and a cooler so you can travel light. Two waterfront restaurants are just a short walk away, and fishing dock and marina access are nearby. Please note there is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Bahia Beach is a peaceful bayside retreat with restaurants, rentals, and a marina. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining, though a car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, and nearby beaches. Because we’re right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. It’s just part of the coastal charm. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. We treat regularly, and while we don’t issue refunds for pests, we’re always happy to assist if needed. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty will be charged if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $125, while service animals are free. Unauthorized weapons will result in immediate removal from the property with no refund and a $250 penalty. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and we do not issue refunds for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services on the smart TV. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. A $20 resort fee acts as a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. If personal items are left behind, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs will apply for their return.
