This bright and breezy 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo blends comfort, convenience, and tropical charm—just steps from the sand, pool, and all the resort vibes. The space sleeps up to 4 comfortably with one bedroom featuring two plush queen beds. Enjoy a full bathroom with a shower/tub combo, soft towels, and starter toiletries. The private balcony offers peaceful water views, perfect for morning coffee or sunset wine. The compact kitchenette includes a granite countertop, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and basic cookware, ideal for light cooking, snacks, and late-night cravings. A dining table for four offers window views of the water. The condo allows one pet per reservation with a maximum 35lb dog, and a pet fee per stay is $125. If you're bringing a second pet, an additional pet fee of $100 is required. ESA pets incur the same fee, while service animals are free. The neighborhood is a peaceful, bayside retreat with rentals and restaurants. The amenities are walkable, as are one or two restaurants and a marina. For trips to other beaches or Tampa, a car is necessary. The patio light is controlled by the building management and remains on 24/7. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. No smoking or vaping is allowed inside the rental, and a $250 penalty applies if cleaners determine smoking has taken place. In the case of a lockout, a fee of $125 is charged for re-entry assistance, with a $200 fee outside regular business hours. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. Weekday daytime noise is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations, and no refunds are issued for such disturbances. Guests must log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. A $20 resort fee acts as a damage waiver covering up to $500 in damages during your stay, excluding linens, towels, and small decorative items. Guests may still be liable for damages beyond $500 or those not covered by the waiver. If personal items are left behind and their return is requested, a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs apply.
