This airy studio is designed for comfort and convenience and features a kitchenette with a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, basic cookware, granite countertop, and dining table for 4 with water views. Entertainment and essential amenities include a Smart TV with streaming apps, high-speed Wi-Fi, closet space, a fan, storage for beach gear, a hair dryer, iron, and extra linens. Beach towels, chairs, and a cooler are provided so you can pack light. Enjoy resort amenities like two pools, a gym, tennis courts, a fishing dock, BBQ grills, cornhole, a playground, and a private beach. Coin-operated laundry is available downstairs. Bahia Beach is a quiet bayside retreat with restaurants, a marina, and coastal charm. Walk to the beach, pools, and dining. A car is recommended for exploring Tampa, St. Pete, or nearby beaches. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) a $125 fee will be charged for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Pets are not allowed, but ESA pets incur a pet fee of $80. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. If granted permission, the weapon must be licensed and safely secured at all times. Guests are required to log in and out of their own accounts when accessing streaming services or smart TV apps. Any unauthorized subscriptions or charges will be billed back to the guest at the cost of the subscription plus a $25 service fee. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by the payment processor; this fee is not refundable. Weekday daytime noise (Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 6 PM) is possible due to neighbors’ projects or renovations and other activities, which are unpredictable and beyond our control. There is no parking available for jet skis or boats. Because the property is right on the water, you may occasionally notice a natural sea smell. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. If a guest leaves personal items behind and requests their return, they are responsible for a $35 service fee plus packaging and shipping costs. The patio light is managed by the building and stays on 24/7 and cannot be switched off from inside the unit. The booking guest must be at least 18 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout times are 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes (rounded up). For early check-in and late checkout requests, the fee is $20/hour when approved in advance and paid before check-in/checkout. All the amenities outside of the unit (pool, grills, gym, convenience store, laundry, etc.) and the internet/Wi-Fi are managed by the resort.
