About This Property
This cozy artisan retreat is on the shore of a natural lake and is only 25 minutes from the airport and less from downtown St. Paul/Minneapolis. Stroll and relax on trails just outside your door; if you're lucky, you'll see lots of wildlife while you recharge on one of our inviting benches situated along the way. Only minutes away from historic White Bear Lake and Stillwater, enjoy fun shopping, dining, recreation and live music and there's a great new vineyard that just opened this fall. We are in lake country and it's incredibly scenic. Since 2014, this cozy suite has been continually rented by relocating executives and academics, and has served as an office space and home away from home. It has also hosted several airbnb visitors. It's a comfortable, private refuge for business people who have to be away from home for extended periods. It's also a great place to stage for adventures. Although we prefer longer stays, we offer this space for three month minimums. The turn-key suite is fully furnished, including dishes, appliances and bedding with lots of conveniences; so all you need is your suitcase. All utilities are included. Single occupant only.
