Smoking is not allowed inside the house, and pets are not allowed. The maximum occupancy for this property is 8 guests. Guests are asked to treat the property with care and respect. Check-in time is 4pm or after, and check-out time is 10am. Guests are responsible for purchasing additional supplies if needed. Guests are asked to remove shoes when inside the home. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Guests who bring a pet or pets without approval will be charged a $300 pet fee and immediately evicted. No events or vendors are permitted on the property. Guests agree to pay any damage made by guests or their visitors. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. At sole discretion of host, an additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost, can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning.
