Interior features a living room with vinyl flooring, lots of windows, a farm-style kitchen, and a dining area combined with an oven, fridge, and dishwasher. The bathroom has been updated with a tiled shower/tub combo and granite countertops. All three bedrooms have a closet and vinyl flooring. The backyard is expansive with a shed that is offered "as-is" and this is where the washer/dryer hookups are located (tenant to provide their own washer and dryer) 10 minutes to NAS Pensacola. All showings are by appointment only and accompanied by an agent. Security Deposit: Full month's rent or based on application findings. Our Security Deposit Per Roommate Policy - 75% of the Base Rental Amount per Roommate. LEASE COMMENCEMENT REQUIREMENTS: Once approved, the lease commencement date must be within 14 days of approval. If the property is unavailable for move-in, the lease commencement date must be set within 14 days of the expected availability date. This property is not set up for housing vouchers.
