I graduated in December and I'm looking for someone to sublease for me at 608 Hillview Dr (SAMI Apartments) from January 2015 to June 2016. It's a three bedroom, 1.5 bath townhome with internet and utilities included, and rent is $420/month (2 parking spots included also). The other roommates, a guy and girl, will be staying until the lease ends in June. The back door leads out to Constitution Trail, and it's only about 10-15minute walk from Uptown. Let me know if you are interested or have any questions! I am no longer in the area and I am trying to get this covered, so I am definitely open to negotiations(lowering the rent).
